About these terms
These terms cover the BedtimePilot website and iOS app provided by the BedtimePilot developer. By using the service, you agree to these terms. The iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, linked below. Last updated: September 9, 2026.
Monthly, Annual and Lifetime
BedtimePilot Pro is offered through Monthly and Annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a Lifetime one-time, non-consumable purchase. Available products, included features, billing period and localized price are shown in the app and Apple confirmation sheet before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Lifetime does not renew. Introductory free trials and Family Sharing are not offered in the current release.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge the renewal within the final 24 hours. Manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the current billing period ends.
Restore purchases and refunds
Use Restore purchases on the app’s subscription screen with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. This can restore an eligible subscription or Lifetime purchase; it does not create a new charge. Apple handles billing and refund requests. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple’s policies and your statutory rights.
Planning tool, not medical advice
BedtimePilot provides general sleep-planning tools and educational content. It is not a sleep tracker, medical device or emergency service, and it does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Planning blocks and cycle references are adjustable estimates, not measured sleep stages or guaranteed outcomes. Seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.
Your choices and local data
Check dates, time zones and arrangements before relying on a plan, and set alarms separately. The service does not require a BedtimePilot account. Local data can be lost if the app is removed or browser storage is cleared, unavailable or evicted. Export a website backup if you want to keep a copy. Imported backups replace the local browser workspace only after confirmation.
Responsible use and availability
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security or infringe others’ rights. We may change or interrupt website features for maintenance or security. Planning estimates and reminders are not guaranteed; device settings, permissions and system conditions can affect reminders. Keep an independent alarm for important commitments. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Your continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use, subject to any notice or consent required by law. For questions about these terms or help with the service, contact support@bedtimepilot.com.
