BedtimePilot Support
Get help with the app or website, report a problem, or resolve a purchase or privacy request.
Contact us
For a bug report, include your device, OS and app version, steps to reproduce the issue and what you expected. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary health data.
Subscriptions, restore purchases and refunds
Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. To restore a subscription or Lifetime purchase, use the original Apple Account and choose Restore purchases on the app’s subscription screen.
A reminder did not ring?
Check that the reminder is enabled and its time is correct, then check system notification or alarm permissions, volume and Focus settings. The website does not ring a system alarm; set a separate backup alarm for important commitments.
Data and planning help
BedtimePilot does not require an account, and the website and iOS app do not sync automatically. Website plans stay in the current browser; use Data & preferences to export a backup or clear them. iOS planning data stays on your device; you can delete individual plans and routines, or remove the app to remove its local data. Separately managed device backups may still contain a copy.
Clearing local data does not delete submitted feedback or a waitlist email. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of that information.
Quick answers
BedtimePilot is a planning tool, not a sleep tracker or medical service. It does not measure sleep stages or provide diagnosis or treatment. The website cannot schedule a system alarm after it is closed, so keep a separate alarm for important commitments.
